This quality options features the same standard attributes that all Blodgett convection ovens are known for including a full angle iron frame, a stainless steel exterior and porcelainized 2-sided baking compartment liner. This unit features 11 rack positions and comes with 5 chrome plated racks included. This oven is designed to cook food faster than a traditional oven, the convection fan has a two speed motor and can reach temperatures of 500°F.
